Hydro mars ts 600 problem!!! Help!

Hi ladies and gentlemen's, l bought a ts 600 from ebay and it's not working properly dont understand from which reason my plants dont develop more than a few leafs turn yellow and die.
It's like you use a normal light or it's not doing anything else that light.
Did any of you hear about anything like this? Do you have some advice?

Sounds like over water or over nute issues...need more info.

Yes, l have another light for another brand. My plants are developing normal.
