Hydroton vs Growstone in dwc Pros & Cons

Was thinking of useing hydroton but then saw some growstone. So if you have used both or either pros and cons would be nice. Thanks for your time everyone

I am using hydroton on my first hydro run and I don't have a complaint yet and am about to finish week 1 of flower.
