Pic. Amps x volts equals wattage... and that's how far they go to hide it. They make you calculate it.31.2 watts
Oh god I’m speechless… and it’s a 60 buck pump to boot. And here a 25 buck one on Amazon that’s more efficient. This just slightly irritated me . I sure wasn’t prepared to put any research into the pumps like this. Your a rock star per usualPic. Amps x volts equals wattage... and that's how far they go to hide it. I'm blown away... I can't believe this hasn't hit the fan before. These are very popular cloners. It never clicked why I have seen so many heat issues posted UT now it's like a slap in the face that it all makes sense now.Oh god I’m speechless… and it’s a 60 buck pump to boot. Now the manifold may not fit on the other pump you posted as being efficient. The inside diameter may be smaller than my outside diameter of my threaded end of my manifold. I’m trying to find info on that. I had got a different pump from my local shop and I had to take it back right after due to the pumps hole being to small of a diameter. The ez 450 was the only one that they had in stock that would work with my manifold from the grow store.. they get you by making their manifolds a weird diameter which forces you to buy ezclone pumps. I'll peek around I'm up all night anyhow. Can you link the unit you have? Now the manifold may not fit on the other pump you posted as being efficient. Take a tape measure and measure the size of the connection. I'm hoping it 3/4" ID so just the hole size inside not putside to outsideHortiPots Clone Machine Spray Nozzle Manifold Replacement with Extra 15 x 360 Degree Spray Nozzles for Cloning Machine 96 Site and 140 Site or DIY Aeroponic Cloners https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07L5K5DCP/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_8V6HTC7E57DWZ4KFXEZV
this is the manifold I have for my 140 site unit
I will when I get back in in a few.. but why id and not od? The outside diameter would have to screw into the id of the pump?Take a tape measure and measure the size of the connection. I'm hoping it 3/4" ID so just the hole size inside not putside to outside
Nvm I’ll check the id of the pump lol I’m tired dude I’m a lil slow right nowI will when I get back in in a few.. but why id and not od? The outside diameter would have to screw into the id of the pump?
Just thinking if they are the same you can just butt them with a hose over.I will when I get back in in a few.. but why id and not od? The outside diameter would have to screw into the id of the pump?
Ok you can use 3/4 ID hose just long enough so the fitting butt together if it doesn't thread inThe fittings for my pump are slightly larger than 3/4 it’s like 13/16
It’s been running 15 on 15 off for about 10 hours water temp is 77. I did put 1L ice bottle in it tho.
I’m a little confused my manifold is threaded it’s not barbed for hose use..Ok you can use 3/4 ID hose just long enough so the fitting butt together if it doesn't thread in
Yup I know... will still work fine even if a few drips.I’m a little confused my manifold is threaded it’s not barbed for hose use..
I get what you mean so thread the barbed fitting into the pump and use hose and stick the hose into my manifold.. I follow you nowYup I know... will still work fine even if a few drips.
Granted that I just spent 60 bucks on a enifficent pump I can’t take back. Once my seconds/minutes continuous timer gets in I’m gonna set it to 1 minute on 15 minitues off and see if that will keep the temps in check without adding ice bottles first. My pump has a threaded outlet but the irrigation pipe slides right over it and works fine with zero leaks, you'll be fine. :)
Only if it doesn't directly thread in yes.I get what you mean so thread the barbed fitting into the pump and use hose and stick the hose into my manifold.. I follow you now
So adding more water volume didn't help?Granted that I just spent 60 bucks on a enifficent pump I can’t take back. Once my seconds/minutes continuous timer gets in I’m gonna set it to 1 minute on 15 minitues off and see if that will keep the temps in check without adding ice bottles first.
