That looks like the begginings of a potassium (K) deficiency.

I would add a little bit of a flower nutrient, if it has high K (not all do). K uptake can be blocked by too much Ca and Mg in the soil, as well as too much N.

I could be wrong about this, but I don't think adding K will hurt.

Feed only water for a couple times, and make sure your light isn’t too close. Leaves burning on the edges like that usually implies a potassium issue. Next time you feed, cut your dosage in half and observe the plants closely. Going forward, keep things simple, adding all sorts of liquid nutrients increases the complexity in turn increasing the chances of issues arising. Get a feel for the plant without nutrients before you go all in trying to pump it up. I’ve always felt a smaller healthy plant will produce a better smoke than a larger stressed nutrient deficient plant.
