I found these wild cannabis plants in our neighbourhood. Is my suspicion right that smoking buds (once they are mature) from these won’t make me high?

I grew up in South Dakota where there was a lot of ditch weed. I smoked it once and only got a headache and sore throat and nothing else. It was by a railroad train track and the story was they shipped/used a lot in WWII.

I had the same exact experience by a train track and the weed was fantastic.. must be becus its NY weed home of the diesel.

Looks like Wisconsin Ditch Weed, hemp grown there during Wars. Give you headache and tastes bad.
