I have $400 dollar budget for a light

Need any advice on getting a new light. I am willing to DIY if I have to. Looking for best bang for the buck to cover 4x4 tent.

Mars Hydro TS3000 might be worth a look for that space & budget. I checked them out on a friend's recommendation just after I'd pulled the trigger on some viparspectra leds. No complaints about the vipars but I'd still have gone with the Mars if I'd seen them sooner.
