I need help identifying this plant issue

Yeah I went out for a walk today and noticed that the leaves on my plants were starting to get these weird rusty spots on them.. I gave them call Meg with the ph at 6.5. And I tested the run off and the run off was at 5.0 PH. Any ideas what I should do and what the problem is?

Dose not look too bad and I think your on the correct path.
