I Need Help On A 4x4 Set Up

So I'm totally stump on what I need so I'm thinking about going with LED and a carbon filter with a Hyper-Fan 6 or 8 inch but I have no idea what's a good affordable led light I look at p600 but says I need to and that's run me about $1300 if anyone else has suggestions what else I can use and also I was thinking going dwc but I have been told that the set that's comes with it the pump is usally bad and then gets mold on roots if anyone else have recommendations I should get plz let me know and if possible a link to where to buy thank you

Pacificlightconcepts.com,look at their cx300 for 725.00.He just had them on sale for 600 awhile back.This is the best led tech out there right now IMO,Cree cxb3590 cobs and meanwell drivers.6''hyperfan should be fine and unless you have DWC experience id just grow in soil,good luck!
