I need help with Eclipse F60 controller!!

I have no idea how this thing works. The manual is a joke. The operating instructions are actually 1 page long. I have only figured out how to set the main time. I've played around with the settings and have the sensor hooked up. Its currently a $200 digital temp/humidly meter

I would like to hook up the lights for 12/12 schedule, a humidifier, and the intake/exhaust fans.I have no idea how I'm going to do this. Can someone please help me?

Still looking for anyone with experience on how to use this

OK lets just start with the cycle timer for the lights. It has day, night, and 24 hr mode. I'd like to run 7am to 7pm. I would need to be in the 24 hr mode right? Test runs are not coming on or shutting off. Can anyone help me with this?
