i need little advice please

8 weeks from seed now i fort they were auto but they must not be as no sing of flower , well so i think as i’m new to the game that’s why i joined this form. my plants looking little lite green in places i have a fan running low 24/7 and my out met fan taking the smell away , i’m running 600w sunblaster now i’m thinking if i switch to 12/12 will they grow bigger as i have lots more space height wise any help be great here is few pics

The leaves shouldn't be drooping like that. When were they last watered? Could you take some pictures under white light or flash so we can have a better look at them?

how much should they get m8 like 4/5 litres each

It depends on the Media. Are you in coco/perlite & what % perlite, brand of coco, ect. You water to draining is seen, then you have DTW, drain to waste. Looks like 80/20 coco/perlite.SS
