I Planted seed directly in supersoil see what happend

Hi ,guys and girls,hope every 1 is safe and healthy these days,
I have planted a seed directly in super soil see the result,I have used miycorrhizae,I put some in the hole and planted the seed directly on it and covered it with soil,and now its been 3 to 4 weeks passed

This is 50 liter batch , base soil : peatmoss 60%+coco coir 30%+perlit as much as You feel its okey ,sheep manure about 1.5 to 2kg ,wermicompost 2800 gram, rice hule powder 800 gram , then I added
250 gram of blood meal ,bone meal,alfalfa meal,bat guano high in P, Clamps ,fish powder (dried kilka fish ) ,
3 tsp azomite,
2 tsp epsom salt,
2 tbs gypsum,
2 tbs humic acid,
100 gram Mycorrhizae.
