The way they show it in book is the stainless steel wire and two rope hangers. This puts one of them in back of tent where it will difficult to get too.
Hangers my friend!
AC Infinity might have it differently, and it might have 2 wires that meet in the middle so you only need 2 ratchet hangers. I have to use 4, but this is mine, 2 on each side. Principal is the same, you would attach ratchet hangers to the steel wire provided I assume, I don't use
AC Infinity.
Carbon filter, in line fan and driver I want on outside of tent. So I can have maximum height for the light and it keeps most of the heat on outside.
I only have my inlet outside of my tent. My exhaust is directly connected to my filter, inside my tent, and is pushed right up against the entry side, supported by tent hanger pole. I don't think fans create enough heat to worry about them being inside the tent, but having the LED dimmer unit outside the tent is okay if you know you'll have problems with heat, that thing does create heat in flower. I have an A/C in my lung room so I just leave my dimmer in the tent.
Ignore all the extra-securing
that filter is really fucking heavy and I get paranoid. This is how my exhaust is rigged up inside my tent. It isn't in the way of my LED, but, my LED is pushed up against the opposite side of the tent so it isn't squarely in the middle you know? I don't really care
this is just the way I have always done it with the space I have.
Does it matter which direction the bars go. Front to back? Side to side?
It matters if you want the controller in the tent, because it needs to be a certain orientation for the controller to sit firmly and forward on your light, and if its sideways the dimmer will be facing the wall lol. But if you are putting the dimmer outside? You could put the LED in sideways no problems, no, it doesn't matter. If putting it sideways makes it more accessible for you to ratchet your light up then go for it, the way the bars are sitting doesn't matter.
Just don't put it upside down!
