Really what this boils down to is a calorie deficit created through intermittent fasting, and the weed relieves the discomfort of putting your body through that until you become acclimated to it... and you do!
I haven’t been using this stuff for long, but I have discovered that if I resist the first pangs of the munchies, they fade away pretty quickly and thanks to the other effects of the weed, I can forget about them. But if I do give into the craving, it just multiplies insatiably over the next few hours and I eat everything in sight. I think that while the weed may be causing the initial cravings, it also helps me forget I have them. It’s a great idea to put this phenomenon to use and cut some calories. Thanks!

Easy peasy. I make my own gummies and I started replacing one to two meals a day with gummies. When the stomach would growl I told myself I'm not hungry I'm thirsty and I'd drink water to shut it up. The gummies have coconut oil and lecithin in them and it kinda works as an additional appetite suppressant. But after a while I was able to replace my evening gummy with a few bong hits and it had a similar appetite suppressing effect. I didn't do any workout routines. I walk the dogs around the block and tend to my pot plants outside.

THCV = anti munchies. Appetite suppression.
