I'm on week 5 but they look like week 3 HELP

I'm on week 5 since flip but they didn't start showing pistils till 2 weeks later. So I believe I'm about 2 weeks delayed. I'm using a 600w hps dimmed to 400w. I've had more progress with LEDs half the power at this time in flower. Should I add a extra 2 weeks into flowing time and instead of it being week 5 right now be week 3 ?

Forget the flowering times. All that matters is the plants, not what some seed company who wants to sell seeds says.

Harvest when they are ready. Calyxes are swolen, trichomes are milky/a bit amber...
