Goal highest umol/watt
I am currently considering purchasing a proper LED light setup for a 4x4 footprint inside a 5x10 tent.
I've selected these two for the sake of simplicity and more importantly because they are Ready to Ship/In Stock/Fast Dispatch, and the companies look respectable enough.
There may be better options
Note: First time buying on Alibaba
I have narrowed it down to two choices both on Alibaba. Any feedback/experience with these lights/companies is greatly appreciated.
Option 1: lm301b quantom board 480 HLG V3 equiv
Samsung lm301b 3000k mix Cree XPE 660nm uv 380nm
The emitting color in the options is 2700k +4000k (which would be great) so I am not 100% until I hear back from seller.
This one is currently on promotion sale, knock $40 off each piece. I would probably need to get a larger heatsink or come up with some other way to get a better spread on the lights (similar to HLG, wider.)

Option 2: Fluence style from Origlite
Samsung White LEDs 301B V2, CRI90(Luminous Efficacy: 223 lm/W, 3500K and 6500K) + CREE Red LEDs 351H-C(PPF: 2.32 μmol/s @ 350mA, Efficacy: 2.32 μmol/J)
It has overall dimming, 3-route spectral tuning by PWM, Wifi (with LoRa) or wired Ethernet.
I like it's flexibility as each bar adds ~80W hence the 490w - 660w range although you can go as small as 170W up to 1000W.
The specs look pretty good and I really dig the ability to create a custom spectrum on my PC or PWM.
Definitely more expensive, not sure if the extra cost is worth it. I would probably go with 660w. I am a bit skeptical on this though, aside from their questionable alibaba listing practices (have yet to find a company on there that doesn't do this tbh) I noticed little discrepancies like on their official document they sent me that lists the CRI at both 80 and 90.
