Hope everyone is well!
I’m in a sticky situation and would really appreciate some advice.

A set of new cuts that was brought in to my garden had flying root aphids and caused a good sized infestation.
I have 1 veg room and 2 flowering rooms and am using 70/30 coco perlite.
My rooms have wooden (2x4) tables,
a carpet stairway leading to it, and I veg in tents that are in a room with carpet floors and light furniture.
I trashed everything from all 3 rooms but after further research found out a lot of growers clean their rooms but end up with the same problem after some time.
How can I make sure I get rid of them?
What can I use to spray the rooms to make sure everything is killed and I don’t get them back?
Is there any vulnerable areas I should be worried about?
I’m going to completely quarantine the entire operation for 2 weeks.
Please if there is anything you can suggest, any advice, that can help my situation I would really appreciate it.

I usually spray them with a drop of soap and water in an pump sprayer. I manually get in the plant and blast all them off the plant. Then I shoot neem oil on the top of the soil. Infestations means you gotta get aggressive
