Inexperienced grower help with pests

Hi guys,

First time grower here. I'm having a pest issue and my plants are already at the flowering stage. I can't find anything about these specific pests online so was hoping someone would be able to identify here. Also maybe some tips to get rid of them ! Thanks

So, probably not a pest
