Hey guys, I'm from Kenya which is in East Africa. I've published this article to help shed light on how African landrace strains compare to international brands

Hey Kidete,
I have always had a strong interest in African strains and am currently growing several Afropip Malawi seedlings. One strain that would be of heavy interest in the world would be an Ethopian highland. This is the strain that was brought over to Jamaica by the original Rastas in the 1930's and grown at the Pinnacle where it became named "lambsbread". Today many say they still grow it or produce seeds of it (and some still may) but Colombian genetics overtook Jamaica in the 90s.
If you look at the 1976 Peter Tosh's album "legalize it, I do believe he is sitting in a field of it.

Anyhow thanks for sharing your blog.
