I found a Coconut Charcoal filter on anazon claiming to be more effective and last longer than normal Australian Activated RC412 Carbon but cant find any info about that online, has anyone used these Coconut Charcoal filters and can tell if they're actually better?

It probably is activated charcoal, just made from coconut shells. The process of making activated charcoal can use a variety of carbon sources.

I've never heard anyone brag about the original source of the carbon. Maybe there is a difference between activated charcoal made from wood products and activated charcoal made from coco or what have you, but I've never heard this was the case.
