First time pot plant grower. Had some super old seeds that only 1 germinated out of 20. Planted it and not sure if it is male or female. Can anyone tell me? Thanks!

what you are looking for should be in the node where the leaf connects to the stalk

i think many are looking right by the stipule, but i think that is the "preflower". if you look closely at the one on the other side you can see the leaf unfurling, which i think some see as pistils.

but i am no expert, i just read a lot.

it does say very specifically though that the sex will show in that node, not on the stalk or in front.

on the right, i think it is starting to show, but i need a better angle
