Is it safe to reuse royal gold coco 70/30 mix??

I have clones in my 3 gallon bags that are about 6 weeks old but are not doing well and so what i want to do is pull the plant out with roots and put new clones in there , can i reuse the coco like that?

Flush the coco first and charge it with calmag..
