The next time you transplant try and wait until the soil is dry. When the soil dries it shrinks and pulls away from the pot walls making it easier to slide the plant and soil out without it breaking apart in your hands.
When I water the transplant in to its new home I give it some
Hormex to lessen the shock and speed recovery.
Hormex is basically a B vitamin supplement so it doesn't have to be
Hormex. It can be
Superthrive or whatever you can get your hands on. You'll know when the plant has recovered or is well on its way by how much water it is drinking and how fast.
At the stage of growth your plant is at I would take GS's advice and try and raise the temp to around 77* - 78*. Even 80* is ok but try not to go any higher. Early veg likes high temps and humidity. You'll want to keep your humidity levels at around 80% - 85% at this stage. Once she's got a little size on her you can keep it at the same temp but lower your humidity slightly to around 75%.
This chart should give you an idea of where you want your temp and humidity to be at any given growth stage.
