I've gotten seeds from Seedsman in Spain, ILGM (I Love Growing Marijuana) in Cali, and a few others.
Most are resellers but you can buy direct from breeders too. Search the sites for the type of effect you are after and your growing conditions and you'll find a huge variety to choose from.
