Is this 1 gallon girl ready to come down yet?

I think she is. Under the scope she is looking milky and at least 20% amber. Is it time?

Are those amber trichs on leaves or flower bracts? I would guess leaves, because I'm seeing what looks like white stigmas. That means it's still growing and filling out.

Your best bet is to wait until all those stigmas are red and shriveled, then scope the bracts, not tiny bud leaves, for amber. When I get any amber on bracts, I harvest, but that's for my personal tastes. some go longer or shorter.
