Is this Barnacles/ Wax Scales on my plant?

Hey dudes so I figured out one problem now on to the next. I'm finding these goldish white balls on every plant. Mostly on leaf stems. What are these? They basically just crumble when i remove them off the plant. They are not sticky. I've looked for bugs on my plants can't find any crawling on leaves. If this is Barnacles/Scales will Caps Bennies foliar kill them? Thanks dudes

Did you ever resolve this? I posted a recent help about something very similar with a bunch of pictures. I’ll put link below. I think I have Scales too, I just found a few, 1 or 2 a day for the past 3 days.

I haven’t figured out what treatment method to use yet, just picking them off for now.

Anything work good for you??

I have these also. Took me forever to actually find a similar post. Im just pulling them off by hand everyday. Did you ever found a solution or did it turn out to be a major problem. I would love to know since I just flipped over to flower as I had no more height to wait.
