I think your seeing preflower changes. You came here asking about this plant showing early preflower changes before. She's setting up to flower but it's going to take another month to see buds or she may revert back into veg. How big is her pot? She's sheltered on that porch she needs direct sun on all sides.

It’s in a garbage bin so it’s huge pot she gets direct sunlight for over half the day and indirect sunlight for less then half should I bring it inside and switch it back to veg instead of having it outside

It's reached sexual maturity and showing pre flowers, totally normal. It will start making the real thing when the days get short, no need to move it inside.

I wouldn't worry, this time of year they really get their plant hormones revving up as we head to the Solstice. Great time to take clones. If they're getting that much direct sun then they are probably loving it. If they have been outside for at least a month now and haven't started to actually flower, you should be fine with 16 hour day. The problem with putting them out too early is they start trying to flower and then revert back, and the stress of doing that slows down plant growth so you think you're getting ahead getting them out early but it actually sets you back. Anyway, check your calendar sunrise and sunset times and when the days dip to just below 14 hours they should start flowering on you. Your mileage may vary.
