Is this ICC a male?

I’m having trouble telling if this Ice Cream Cake is a male. Popped from seed. This is my second grow and struggling with identifying this one. Any help?

Thanks for the input. I’m having hell with it being a rookie. I popped the seed 2nd week of Feb. had some some environmental issues that stunted it a little. I thought it would be showing hairs by now
