Is this Nitrogen deficiency or..?

Had them in solo cups with seedling mix 2 weeks ago started showing these symptoms. Checked them and they looked a little root bound Soni transplanted them into roots organic original and gave them regular water. They seem to be perking up a little more but still show symptoms in the new growth and new growth is super weak.
They all seem to be having the same problem just a difference in severity.

How long ago did you transplant them? They look malnourished from being in that cup for too long. Roots original is kinda hot so I wouldn’t go zapping it with a bunch of nutes. I think it will continue to come back over the next week or so. Watch the new growth for improvement The most damaged leaves won’t recover.

It's been exactly 1 week. They look more perky and reaching for the light. Its showing new growth ibwas just concerned because the new growth still showed symptoms but idk if it's still too early and justvneeds more time.
