Is this Nitrogen toxicity ? New to growing

Is this nitrogen toxicity? it’s only happened to two out of four plants they have been growing out side since about June and have all been doing well but the weather has changed now so I brining them in doors as an when needed.

There are multiple problems, possibly some N over dose but also too much watering and look for bugs. Possible lock out as well.

Yea looks like a couple things going on. It looks like a fungal infection honestly.
