Is this phosphorus and is there any home remedie?

Is this phosphorus deficiency and is there any home remedie to Fix it. I have no money right now to buy the proper stuff. And if there's nothing I can do, what is the next step? Should I cut it down now or should I wait till the end which is about 3 weeks. It's in the grown outside. Is the weed even any good to smoke? Thanks.

If you’re broke maybe banana peels will help. Dry a few skins out, grind em up, soak for a few hours, strain and try a foliar feeding?
