Is this the right time to chop

My first photo grow is Going on 8wk of flowering. I was thinking she was close if not ready. Some sites not showing much amber As you move to lower sites. I included a video that starts midway down and working my way up same branch. Also was going to place in total darkness for 48 hrs before harvesting im ASSuming I don’t water her before hand and just keep a fan going and exhaust fan.any suggestions greatly appreciated. Yeah i wouldnt b keen doing 48hrs with big dongers like that .id b worried bout mold taking hold..honestly though i dont see any benefit going dark for 48..
