I do have a CO2 regulator setup, just wondering if an exhaust fan is necessary as well. I realize a fan would negate the CO2 addition.

Co2 is unnecessary in a tent. Waste of money some will say. With an intake, there is usually constant co2 exchange with the air coming in. Where is your tent located. And yes, I run a 6” exhaust in my 4x4 with a 4” intake.
