Isolate after spraying Sts clone?

Good evening, I have a question for those who have reversed photoperiods successfully.
I’m about to start spraying on of my Trop. Cookies clones to get some feminized pollen for the first. Do I need to isolate the plant after I start spraying it? Or is it ok to place back in my mother tent? My plan is to start spraying 3 days before I put it into flower. I appreciate the help and thank you in advance.

You don’t need to isolate because of the sts
You do need to isolate the pollen from effecting other plants

Personally I would spray at least twice before flower so 6 days for example then 3 days apart till you see some hair .
So maybe 4-5 times total if growing in soil.
As I have found flowers come faster in soil than hydro.

Thank you both very much. I’ve sprayed twice now and placed into flower last night. Now I’ll spray once every 3 days. I appreciate the help.

Spray the stems lightly is all that’s needed / no need to spray the leaves
