I found everything to build this light at the junkyard the box is a dell com. box , I spent 6 bucks on the male and female connectors . Works great hope you enjoy the pics !! Peace

Is that a ballast? It has a core, ignitor and capacitor? I never knew dell made lighting ballast. Any old power supply will not do and that will be dangerous. Just looking out for ya

yeah be careful man.. a friend nearly burned down his garage using old surplus gear that he jerry rigged together..

its just not worth the risk using stuff like that when a light can be so cheap. hit up craig list and get a old high bay mh light from a factory. i picked up one for $35. works great for moms.

yeah, that is a power supply from a computer not a ballast.
