Just harvested my two plants and discovered this - mold or webs?

I grew 2 plants in the last few months.

One was very very small and hyper condensed. When I harvested her, I noticed something that looks a bit like webs, but I am afraid it might be mold.
Can you give me your insight?

p.s. from what I can tell, it's only in the core of the plant, i.e. the most condensed area. Also in some part the area around it is darker, almost burned as you can see in the photos.

Should I throw the entire plant or just remove where the rot is and around?

toss the entire bud that's affected. you're option now is a quick dry too. botrytis, once at this stage, is going to consume everything it can.
