Does anybody have any hands on experience with LED, ive been reading allot of mixed reviews on the subject. Wondering if its worth buying?

U'll need too much LED's to get a nice result.

LED's arent enough developed till now.

They currently will not give you better results than using MH and HPS. I like them for keeping my moms in veg, but not for anything else.

If you are not concerned with yields, good quality LEDS are fine. You save a ton in electricity and virtually eliminate all heat issues. I don't notice much difference in the quality of the finished product, just in the quantity. I have grown the Joint Doctors Diesel Ryder from start to finish with a 90 watt UFO and I swear my results were better than a friend's under a 600 watt HPS. But I use soil and organics and he uses hydro and chemicals, so it wasn't a true test comparison.
