I do remember @oldskol4evr told one grower, put your plants off the cement. It help a ton he says, put your cold feet on that floor and that's how your plants will feel. Do you have any extra light that puts out any heat to help you out?

Canadian tactics. I live where it gets Hot as balls in summer and cold as balls in winter. From as high as +35c to -50. In summer I close my basement vents so the AC only comes upstairs and the cool Works its way down. In the winter I close most of the upstairs and open the basement vents. The warm air rises upstairs and my basement stays nice and warm.

Could also oputut a space heater closer to the intake but I doubt you have enough room in the tent without burning the plants.

Very good point. Just a sheet of styro works well

Now these are two weeks in the veg and I'm thinking they should be a lot bigger than that and I'm not understand why they're not growing I don't have any extra light down there it's pretty much sealed up stays dark and the tent is sitting on a carpet so it's not on the concrete floor

You mean 2 week since seed? They look ok. I count veg after 2 weeks from seed. I see them as seedlings for the first 2 weeks.

What the mix they are in? It looks pretty dry.

Temps look good RH could be a little higher like 60-70% for plants this young. But shouldn't be an issue.

I would give it a good watering enought to saturate the soil then give it a few days to dry before watering again. Wait till the soil is light.

I'm not really a dirt guy so see what others say but I would be watering the entire pot.

I edited this because you don't want to add ferts to a pre ferted soil at this stage
