Just noticed momentum has turned in Las Vegas and collectives are opening everywhere. Any information or experiences? Nevada residents only?

I go to the collectives about once a week. Some are very good and some are pretty bad. All have decent products, it's the service and selection that sets them apart. There is an inconsistency in quality from week to week with all of them it seems. Some weeks there will be superior quality, others just good. Some will answer your questions in depth while others are reluctant.

So are they "collectives" as defined by law in Nevada? Not dispensaries? I've been hearing things bout vegas too recently...get ready for the boom.

Is there a news link somewhere where you heard this? I am a patient in northern nevada and I havent heard of this, maybe im just out of the loop. But from my understanding after reading through the bill, all forms of collectives/dispensaries are illegal here in nevada. I know we have question 9 or whatever it is that failed by 6% last year. It is the bill that would allow for clubs here, but it hasnt passed yet.

If it is true however it would be only for nevada residents, because only nevada cards are recognized here.

I just looked around around a bit and they really are all over the place. Does anyone know when this started, or any info for that matter? Is it statewide, or just a county law? I feel pretty stupid living in Reno and not noticing these all over vegas. Hell yes! Cali Connection in nevada!

Some of the collectives will not take California cards so be sure to call first. NRS 453 does forbid collectives but they are operating for sure. From what I gather, the district attorney won't prosecute because if he does and loses then all bets are off. Better to wait until November when we vote again. Then if its defeated again, I am sure things will change for us.

Is there anything on the ballot to vote on in Nov. related to this issue? Are they gonna vote to shut down/legitimize whats there?

There is normally something on the ballot every year to legalize collectives/dispensaries but it just hasnt passed. I am not sure however if there is gonna be anything pertaining specifically to the clubs already open.

Dr. Orvavd's office (THCF) said the would certify me for any state the good Doctor practices in, besides my home state (Washington). I was asking because I wanted to see my homies in Nevada.

So are there dispensaries currently in operation in Vegas? How is the quality? They accept med patients from California? Why doesn't california accept out of state medical patients?
