Leaf damage on 3 week old plants

Hi guys. I gave my girls some liquid orca yesterday after transplant and this morning when I went to turn the lights on I found a few small spots on a fan leaf near her base. Is this caused by the Liquid Orca? What should I do about this? Will my girls be ok?

I’m using Fox farm coco loco. Light distance may be 8 to 12 inches at 60 percent power. They’ve only gotten liquid orca for the time being. When the soil drys they will be getting fed liquid kelp from Fox farm and Monterey Fish and Guano 9-6-2 fertilizer. Temps are around high 70s
