Agree too much N and low K. Please dont say you're using calmag lol.
I would ditch the tap water because it can be high in Ca and lockout K too. I'd use straight RO and give it a feeding of pk13/14 or even 100ppm of potassium sulphate for a couple waterings then transition back to a Veg fert. You could foliar feed potassium sulphate at 50-100ppm too.
Just make sure you dont give it any more N for a while.
