If the roots are dying there’s either 2 issues. Not enough watering or improper watering. Plants look hungry, I’m sure there isn’t enough airflow in there, needed a nice defoliation but may be too late. 9 weeks since you planted or 9 weeks since you flipped to flower? So many variables with little to no information.

Why are you using hydroton instead of a medium that can stay wet a little longer? Did you unpot this plant? Is that the bottom we’re looking at?

They get flooded once a day with a ph of 5.8 and ec of 1800 and it’s been 9 weeks since they have been potted 4 weeks since I flipped to flower

They may be up taking more water than you think. You may not be flooding enough or long enough? If the roots are drying out, up your fertigation. The yellowing leads me to believe they’re hungry. With 5+ weeks to go, I’d strip some leaves in the middle of your canopy. Allow for better airflow.

You guys hate nutrients so much..
It's always everything but nutrients. When nutrients is all that matter.

His roots literally look like they've been deprived of boron. His foliage looks like it's loosing nitrogen, already lost boron and potassium. Probably calcium toxicity at a high vpd.
