Leaky bulkheads

So, if you saw my other thread, you know I went the DIY route. I put it all together today and have some leaking issues. I'm using CC bulkheads and can't stop the leaks in 2 of them. Any suggestions?

Make sure all your buckets are level. In another thread, someone using a CC system swore that keeping this level was critical for preventing leaks.
