Leaves look sad? Please help

My leaves are drooping, I’m giving them 2l of water every 3-4 days in a 5 gal pot, am I overwatering or what is the problem. Plants are in 12/12 as well.

You are not watering properly. Over watering is too often, not too much at once.

I just watered them and they look much much better, so clearly not enough for them to drink

I think I’m going to try just giving them 2l every 2 days definitely under-watering 2 hours after watering and they are back to proper health.

The bigger they are, the more they need. Double your water ration, as long as you don't get runoff.
