Leaves on one plant. Action needed?

I'm in 70/30 coco/perlite and in week 2 of flower. Conditions are dialed in, I feed twice a day and recently wasn't able to feed for a day and a half. Hermed one girl cause she got so dry, the rest are doing great, but one had a couple top leaves looking like this. Any ideas what I should do? I'd give ppm, ec and all that but I'm using Advanced Nutrients ph perfect so that info is pretty much useless. Let me know what you think!

I would sprinkle a handful of epsom salts and garden gypsum on top of the coco b4 next watering and water as normal.
Always use fertilizer every watering and water every day in coco.
