Don’t. Let them stay tied. They will try to stand up no matter how long you kept them tied.

Ok i have been just watering but it looks like the yellowing is spreading to the top

If you've just been giving straight water for the last couple of weeks since your last post, I'm thinking it may be time to start feeding again. What was your latest runoff PPM reading?

Last time i checked ppm plant 1 red pot had 250's but plant 2 white pot had 350's

last time i gave it a little 2.5ml grow big was at least 1month ago or more just been water only because of the slow release nutrients of miracle grow says feeds up to 3months when will it run out of food before 3months or after

How long have they been in the same pot? Not good to go into flowering rootbound.

If you’re sure they’re not rootbound, which the symptoms look much like yours ime, then you can flip. But i wouldn’t without working out my problems first. They usually get worse in flowering.

I say been like that for like 2 months now so later i upsized the pot later after i gave it 2.5 grow big then tips curled top leafs when dark green yellowing of leaves spreading before i think ph was out of wack
anyway i can spray the leaves to feed them

Keep giving water only. That's more burn from time release nutrients. You will likely be giving only water the whole grow. Being rootbound will actually help you in this case, as will over watering later. Flip them whenever you want. If they're still burning after stretch, you'll be giving only water the whole time most likely. Do not over water. Over watering will only hurt them by feeding more. Everytime you water it you're feeding it too much because of the miracle gro time released nutrients. Transplanting into a no nutrient medium would help, but she'll still probably be burning the whole time.
