LED driver choice before I blow it all up

I am hoping someone can double check my wiring diagram before I either burn everything or purchase under powered drivers.

Please see attached diagram. Picture shows two banks of lights designed to fit a 4x4 area. All wiring in pic is active (color changes so easier to visualize)

Each bank has (independently driven):
4x 70Wmax (48V) strips = 280W (yellow in picture)
Drive with: HLG-240H-48B
Wired in parallel

Is the driver the right choice? I understand that 280W (light potential) is more than the 240W driver. Am I under powering my lights (seems so)? IS this a bad thing? I am worried if I jump up to the next driver, which is 320W, that Ill blow up lights.

Spread across both banks:
4x 20W (24V) strips = 80W (red in pic)
Drive with HLG-80H-48B
2 x Parallel from driver then 2 more further attached in series
(since strips are 24V and driver is pumping out 48V is it correct in wiring in parallel then series?)

Bonus questions: How severe is voltage drop with these meanwell drivers? Say if I want to extend the lead that runs between the driver and the LED by around 2 meters. Will this result in severe voltage drop? If so, does this mean I should up the drivers?

Thanks

Longer the wire the larger the ohms the more ohms the more watts/volts.

shortest route possible.
