So... plants dark times are;
9am - 11am
5pm - 7pm
1am - 3am

Following pics are from 11am wake up. Nothing done or changed in the last 24hr.

If I don’t hear back from ezenzyme by 7pm I’ll water with 6’ish PH and no food. (Maybe a bit of epsom.)

Notice a bit of a swamp rot smell when I first open the tent. Hasn’t happened before so I’m guessing it’s from it sitting in the pots so long and not draining at the bottom. (Dynomyco Mycorrhizal make a rot smell?) New elevator & saucer will help but transplant might be needed if only to check/fox roots.

Soil is still damp on top from feeding on the 10th, today is the 12th. I removed 90% of runoff on the 10th but a small puddle still remains. It hasn’t evaporated yet?

Seems I can’t upload until later again. Dam THC Farmers popularly!!

Pics when I can upload them.

Jesus ,that's one plant?
Makes mine look like miny mes.lol.
One day I'll have one like that 😔
I seem to fall into a pattern of 1 larger plant and then 3 smaller. At first I was trying to get all 4 to flower together but found a male. After removing it I grew another to replace it but flipped to flower before it was ready so it sat until harvest.

Later that one plant turned purple/black and gave me 157g of the best stuff I’ve had in over 13 years.

This is now how I keep going using the single plant to make clones then flower her. Harvest her, move clones to 3x3, make another clone mother, repeat.

Just fell into this cycle but it works.

Do you turn the lights off and on three times every day? I don't recall ever having seen that before. Why do you do that?
Something I read and started trying last year. It’s just 18/6 spread out so the plant gets to rest sooner IIRC.

As this is the first grow from seedling to adult I can’t say if I see any major changes yet. I do get more opportunities to foliar or other dark time tweaks.

As this grow was an experiment and only my third in the tent I figured why not. Flip is still 12/12.

Looking great man! Your totally getting there. You use the PPM meter to get into a place where your actually measuring the electrical conductivity of your foods, allowing you to customize your feed regimine and more adapt to individual plant needs. Bottles only list a broad scope feeding plant that will work for most growers, but in no way customized to your plants. And yes, starting out with 100PPM over base 120 would give you total 240PPM for feedings.
Your not going to get light burn with the lights turned down, you can foliar right after lights on the plain water days.

These pics are from end of day.

Soil slurry was at PH 4.6
Made 6L of just water at PH 8.2
New soil slurry is at PH 5.5

6L was just enough to start runoff.
Humidity is usually at 70% now, ranging from 45% - 72%. Temp range from 18.5c to 27c. (Includes night & when tent open to work.)

No PPM as next feeding is in two days.
Ezenzyme you have my list of nutes. I’ll see if I can prep something based on your PPM info above. Should I add epsom or just FFGB?

I removed most of the remaining heavy yellowed leaves before watering last night. Any new issues should be easier to spot.

Did a foliar of worm castings & epsom after watering. She looks good this morning but in dark until 11am now so no new pic.

Just wanted to pop in quick to post pics before site gets busy. I’ll catch up on PM in a bit.

Looking much better! 😅

I hope so, I'm really not wanting to throw out them Australian Yellow Bottle A & B out. The thing I'm learning is keeping the balance in the soil is very important. adding a little to much of any of the N P K will throw the whole system off and your up shit creek without a paddle. Synthetic nutes is what your not wanting in the soil if your doing "Organic". Too easy to throw that balance off if you do that. Like those power bloom formulas of 0-30-32... in organic.... lockout city.
So Yes!!! This is the hardest thing to teach newbs. Our society is so geared to bigger/more is better many are programmed to think that if they just keep adding more nutrient or water or whatever that they'll have booming harvests or be able to fix what they've broken by beating on it just a little harder.

This is where the zen part to growing comes in. It's about keeping the girls happy. Girls are happy when there's balance in their environment. When imbalances happen they slow down or stop growing altogether until the conditions they like are met. We don't control their growth in that sense. We can only provide the conditions we hope they like so that they thrive.

Getting those HUM levels up to the seventy area will help a lot if you can manage. Are you running in take out take fans?

I think a better way to state it is if he can keep them up CONSITENTLY. He's ranging from 45% - 70% so he's somewhat in the ballpark but, yeah, high 60's low 70's would be good. I would start to step it and temp down in the last 3 -4 weeks of flower.

Humidity used to be set to 60% max, now 70%.

Tent is usually between 66 & 72 if I leave the door closed. Temp stays between 18 & 28 to do this. It will never be o locked as it’s a basement & laundry is in the next room once or twice a week.

Now that I have the new PH meter and make a soil slurry. (I dig in about 1” to 2”.) The soil reading is much lower than expected.

Do I make the water or feeding PH 9 to get the soil to PH 6 or just keep my watering & feeding at PH 6?

Last nights pics.

Fan humidity answers I forgot to answer;

Outtake: ACI T6 & 67 Controller
Set to auto @ 28*c & 70% RH

Intake: ACI S6 in-line fan manual control
Turned off/on as required. Opening works well for pulling air even when off.

If left alone it sits around 24* most of the time @ 68% +/- 2% RH

Tent pulls and pushes from room. No external ventilation. Room can’t be isolated or kept at constant Temp/RH.

Biggest problem is me leaving tent open to work, then admire, plant. 😄

See pics for more info. It’s 12hr of typical week day.

Moved into her new home. 20G 3/4 full with mixed soil.

Needs a good watering and a bit more mix when it settles. Just misted 1.5L of water on her for the moment.

More later.

Might have to water tomorrow. She took about 13L yesterday.

Trimmed the underside and a few more yellow leaves. Need a new SCROG as I’m out of space for the stretch. Four couplings and four six inch extensions.

Still have yellow on the blades of some new’ish leaves. Crossing fingers we fixed it.

Worm casting & epsom foliar for a boost today.

Laundry day so 26*c & 70%RH most of the day.

Fed her last night 8L gave a little runoff.

PH 6.5
FFGB & Water ppm 738 - 165 base
Temp 25
RH 70%

Leaves are dark again and the SCROG is pushed up everywhere. Flip by the weekend at this rate.

She was starting to pray yesterday so I bumped the light back up to 75%.

On average she’s about 4” higher than the new SCROG hight.

No feed or foliar planned, maybe water later after I bit of defoliation.

After trimming off more bottom leaves & small branches I checked the saucer and noted more runoff from two days ago.

Total runoff after 8L watering = 1.5L @ PH 6.19 & 346ppm (water = 165 ppm)

Finished a slightly aggressive defoliation. Also watered 2L with 1/2 TBLS epsom.

I’d like to flip her this weekend. So switching over to FFTB for future feedings.

ezenzyme any thoughts on next steps? She’s still got yellow blades on lower leaves but 95% of the new foliage only has slight tip yellowing.

Can’t upload ATM

Your looking very good man!!! Shes praying!!!!! Seems to me like you can totally flip this weekend, and the de foliation now, and a little more at flip will be helpful with such a thick plant allowing some lower branches to become decent tops. Remember, your old growth will never recover, you must look to new growth for sign of whats current. Start to nudge on food in ten days or so, during stretch i like to toss some N with my flower feeds before hitting the PK hard
