I'm doing a ebb and flow system was wondering
Which light is better 600 watt or 1000 watts
I'm planning on 100 plants and of course multiple light but which light is recommended if I have a lot of space
Which will help me grow more and faster

With as many light as this guy pans on running 600w are a great option. You will need some more units total but you can really spread the coverage and run the low. Plus the cross over from all those lights will add up and make 600w just as good.

If you're looking for speed it seems, according to everything I read, that DWC or UC systems grow plants faster than soil or E&F. I don't know if lighting can speed up the process but I though you might find the following interesting. 1000w HID are certainly the tried and true. If your willing to experiment LED is starting to look more interesting....
