Looking for help with leaves drooping/curling

Hi all, im new to the forum, just looking for a little bit of help with my plants.


Im having a hard time figuring out what this is. At first i thought maybe a defeciency so i gave it extra nutes but didnt do anything. So i flushed em and rn they are sleeping. Any help would be appreciated on figuring out what this is and how to treat it.

Im in promix hp 5gal
Room has 9 lights and sits around 28

What medium you have these in ?
Looks to be over water or too much of something

extra nudes + flushing yeah let them dry right the heck out

In case anyone has the same issue. Was definitely too much of something. The flushing seems to have worked they look a lot better now.
