lost my link / need help finding soiless mix recipe

I lost my bookmark, or the url changed, for a thread about soiless recipes. Long story short I had some nutrient lock, or difficiencies on my last grow. I don't have local sources for some pre-made mixes like pro-mix or sunshine so I bought its basic components.

I'm using General Organic nutrients and suppliments this time around but I want to make sure I "start of right" with the right soiless mix.
